In reference to the fact that I reserve the right to sell, or to not sell, my cats and/or kittens to whom ever I please, and due to recent events that have transpired, I also have the following criteria that governs the sale of my cats and/or kittens: I will not sell my cats or kittens to anyone that smokes cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or any other kind of smoking material. From December 20, 2010, forward into the future, all potential owners will sign a forfeiture document stating that they do not smoke any kind of material, legal or illegal, and that they understand that they will forfeit their deposits, their purchase monies, and their ownership of any cat or kitten from my cattery in the event that it becomes known to me that they smoke any kind of smoking material, even if it first becomes known to me after the sale of the cat or kitten. Having no clean air to breathe and having to live in a perpetual cloud of smoke is nothing short of an abusive atmosphere. Clean air to breathe is something any animal deserves and I will not let my cats or kittens be subjected to any kind of practice that will endanger their lives and health.
