Application

In order to be considered for a kitten, or cat, from my cattery, you must complete the Application below and submit it to me.   In the past, I spent alot of time answering the same questions over and over and over again.  Most people want to know the same things when they first talk to me, so the Application is designed to save me alot of time by answering alot of questions that you have and it also helps me to find out about you and the cat or kitten you're looking for.  If you would like me to spend my time talking to you about Ragdolls, then please take the time to tell me a bit about yourself and the Ragdoll you're looking for prior to me calling you.  

Once I contact you after I get your Application, if you want to continue being considered for a Ragdoll from my cattery, you must pay the minimum $50.00 deposit, which will secure your place on the waiting list in the date and time order that your deposit was received by me.   In the event that you do not buy a kitten or cat from my cattery, I will refund your deposit to you.  The actual refund amount will always be less any fees which were charged for making the deposit, or the refund.  Please see my business policies and procedures web-page for additional details.

Do you have a preference for the pattern of the kitten or cat?
Do you have a preference for the color of the kitten or cat?
Do you have a preference for the sex of the kitten or cat?
Do you have an age preference for Ragdoll you want?
Would you be interested in adopting more than 1 kitten or cat ?
If the kitten is not already spayed or neutered when you purchase it, do you agree that you will have the cat altered before the cat is 5 months old ?
If the kitten, or cat, is not already micro-chipped when you purchase it, do you agree that you will have the it micro-chipped within 72 hours after you purchase it ?
Do you agree to take the kitten or cat to a Vet within 72 hours after you purchase it ?
Do you understand that you will be responsible for getting any FVRCP boosters, or other vaccinations for the kitten, or cat ?
Do you understand that you will be in violation of the contract and will have to return the kitten or cat to me, without any refund, if you fail to alter the cat prior to the age of 5 months old, or fail to take it to the Vet within 72 hours of purchasing it, or fail to get it micro-chipped within 72 hours of purchasing it ?
Do you understand that any Ragdoll kitten, or cat, from my cattery is not to be subjected to any smoke from any kind of smoking material, legal or otherwise?
Do you understand that you will forfeit the ownership of any Ragdoll kitten, or cat, from my cattery if you, or anyone in the residence where the animal resides smokes any kind of smoking material, legal or otherwise?
Do you understand that in the event you violate any, or all, of the agreements for the sale of a kitten, or cat, from my cattery, that you shall be required to relinquish possession of the kitten, or cat, to me, without any refund for any monies paid or spent by you ?
Do you understand that the purchase price for the kittens currently listed on my website is $300.00 and that I must charge Texas State Sales taxes in the amount of 8.25% for a total purchase price of $324.75 ?
Do you understand that you must pay a deposit of $50.00 in order to see the kittens at my cattery and that in the event you do not purchase a kitten or cat from my cattery, I will refund this deposit to you, less any applicable fees charged to pay or refund the deposit?
Do you understand that you must pay a deposit of $150.00 to hold a particular kitten, or cat and that depending on the circumstances, all or part of this deposit may not be refunded back to you ?
Do you understand that I'm asking all these questions because I love my Ragdolls and I want to make sure they get the best homes that I possibly can get them ?
Do you realize that no outfit is complete without some cat hair on it ?
